Founded in 1943, Rosebrook Pools is one of the oldest custom in-ground swimming pool builders in the Midwest. For over 60 years we have designed and built award winning pools, spas and water features throughout metropolitan Chicago, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. As third generation pool builders, we take pride in our ability to offer our clients years of expertise in the pool and spa industry. As a family owned and operated business, we continually strive to provide unmatched quality along with carefree service to our customers. JAMISON ORI

Working for the family business since childhood, Jamie brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience to his position as president and partner in ownership of Rosebrook Pools. His background includes intensive industry training programs in design and construction including a Gold designation from the prestigious Genesis 3 Design Group, and an ACI (American Concrete Institute) nozzleman certification. Jamie joined the business full time in 1998 and became a partner in ownership
shortly thereafter. Jamie plays an integral role in every aspect of the company from sales and design through construction for all of Rosebrook’s clients. His personal interests include design and architecture – especially the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, which he enjoys incorporating in some of his design work.

LYNSEY ORI

Growing up surrounded by family members who comprise one of the oldest swimming pool building firms in the Midwest, it is no surprise that Lynsey’s knowledge of the water shaping industry led to her position as Operations Manager of Rosebrook Pools in 2001. In this role she is intricately involved with each customer and project from the permitting process to material selections and purchasing. Her eye for design and material expertise helps each client bring their vision to life. Lynsey, an adept trouble shooter, is the liaison between every Rosebrook customer and each of her siblings and their day to day management duties before, during, and after project completion. In her free time Lynsey, who has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Illinois Institute of Art, enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends.

Vice President / Services Manager

JASON ORI

Jason oversees 30 plus service technicians and hundreds of residential and commercial pools each season as Service Manager for Rosebrook Pools. Jason’s experience with the company began in early childhood through visiting jobsites with his father. He learned all aspects of service and construction working alongside the company’s crews. While summers are devoted to overseeing the maintenance division, Jason spends the winter season focusing on continuing education programs for himself and his service team offered by organizations such as Genesis 3, the APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals), and Jandy Corporation. Additionally, he assists the company with sales and design. On his off hours Jason, an avid hockey player and fan, is a coach for the elite Chicago Young Americans Hockey Organization.

Maintenance & Service Coordinator

LYNN ORI

As Maintenance and Service Coordinator for the company Lynn fields all customer phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis for Rosebrook’s staff. She makes sure that each customer’s wants and needs are attended to in a personalized manor. The mother of Jamie, Jona, Jason, and Lynsey, Lynn states that she has the best job in the world not only because she gets to know all of Rosebrook’s clientele, but also because she has the added benefit of spending every day with her children.

President / Construction Manager

JONA ORI

As Construction Manager of Rosebrook Pools, Jona spends his days travelling to every job site overseeing the construction crews along with every detail of each project during the construction phase. Jona began learning the family business during childhood, and joined the company full time as a partner in ownership in 1995. He keeps his skill set current through continuing education programs. He is certified by numerous trade organizations including: Southern Grout and Mortar (SMG), National Pool Plasters Council (NPC), is an American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified nozzle man, and joined Genesis 3’s membership after successfully completing and intensive construction curriculum.

Accounting & Operations Manager

DIANE TKADLETZ

Beginning in High School, Diane assisted her parents with general office duties and learned the organization from the ground up. Throughout High School and College she assisted with various facets of day to day business operations. After graduating from DePaul University, Diane accepted a position with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as the Investment Operations Manager. There she developed skills in client relations, accounting, compliance and organizational development, all the while assisting with Rosebrook’s business during the evenings. In 2004, Diane transitioned to a full time commitment with the company. Along with running the accounting department, she works close at hand with each family member and is able to act in any capacity when needed.

Landscaping and any impeding structures will be removed for excavation and construction, but the impact to your living space will be minimal as the majority of the work is outside. All jobs sites will be protected with fencing. Our crews are respectful of the homeowner, their property, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. Each jobsite is cleaned of extraneous debris daily.

We do not subcontract any aspect of our contracted work. Our employees are cross trained in all facets of the construction process. Because we do not subcontract our work our jobs are tightly controlled with regard to quality and scheduling.

We use a system of multiple layers of accountability. Excavation, shotcrete, and plaster always have one of our owners on site leading the crew. There is a foreman on each site daily running the job and reporting to one of the company owners. Additionally, there will also be a daily site visit by an owner to oversee and check in with each foreman.

We have been building pools and spas since 1943. However, our services also include all facets of landscape hardscape from patios and fire features, to outdoor cooking, shade structures and pool houses. Additionally we have a landscape hardscape division within our company to service projects for clients that do not include a pool or spa.

We provide both labor and mechanical warranties. Additionally, we offer a lifetime warranty on the pool shell and underground plumbing to customers who have a continued service agreement with our company.

Our service division will handle anything from weekly maintenance to repairs over the lifetime of your pool. We have a variety of service plan options or are happy to customize a plan to meet your needs. We have been in business since 1943 and have been serving multiple generations of customers since then.
